Most clubs do not publish what membership costs. The directories that fill that gap mostly guess, and a guess presented confidently is worse than a blank — it is the number you carry into the meeting.

So this site is built the other way round. Every figure carries its source and the date we checked it. Where a club does not publish something and we have not verified it independently, the page says so plainly. That means our pages have more blanks than our competitors’. The blanks are the point.

41 club profiles published, from 866 in the database. The gap is deliberate: a club appears in search only once its profile carries enough sourced detail to be worth reading. We would rather ship a small excellent set than thousands of thin pages.

We started in Nevada because it is a market with real depth and almost no honest documentation, and because covering one state properly teaches you more than covering fifty badly. California, Arizona, Florida and Texas follow.

A research pipeline reads clubs’ own websites and published documents, extracts structured facts, records where each one came from, and flags conflicts for a human rather than silently picking a winner. Nothing publishes until it clears a quality threshold. The scoring methodology and editorial policy are both public.

We are not affiliated with any club listed here, and no club can pay for placement or for a better score.

Facts only get you so far. What a club is actually like to belong to — the assessment nobody mentions on the tour, how long a Saturday tee time really takes — comes from members, and members will only say it anonymously.

That lives on Country Club Secrets, a separate site with its own rules. We keep it separate on purpose: mixing verified facts with anonymous accounts would damage both.

If a figure here is out of date or a detail is missing, the correction form is the fastest route and you do not need any connection to the club to use it.
