Monthly dues, food and beverage minimums, capital assessments, cart and trail fees and guest charges decide what a membership actually costs in year one. Most clubs disclose none of it, and most directories fill the gap with a guess.
We separate every charge, attach the source that produced it, and show you the first-year total per membership category rather than mixing a social initiation with golf dues.
