The club became member-owned in April 2015 when a member group bought it out of bankruptcy for $5 million, with Par 4 Golf Management running day-to-day operations. Membership is offered in 3 published categories (Full Golf, National and Social), though the club does not publish initiation fees or dues. Beyond golf the club lists swimming pool (2), fitness center, tennis courts (12), pickleball courts, locker rooms and events and banquets. That covers 3 of the 7 facility categories we track — racquet, aquatics and fitness and wellness — which is what separates a club a household uses all week from one that is really a golf course with a bar. Dress code
Collared shirts required (men, tucked in); sleeveless collared or sleeved shirts for women; shorts/skorts to mid-thigh, slacks or pants; golf or athletic footwear; forward-facing hats. Prohibited: t-shirts of any kind, tank/halter/midriff tops, cargo pants or shorts, gym/workout attire, swimwear, exposed undergarments. All attire must be in good repair.
