Wynn Golf Club is a resort course in Las Vegas, Nevada that opened in 1952. It is one of 22 clubs and courses we cover in the Las Vegas Valley area. It operates as a resort facility rather than as a member-governed club. The club plays 18 holes on a Tom Fazio design measuring 7,042 yards to a par of 70. The course itself dates to 2005. It was renovated in 2019 by Tom Fazio and Logan Fazio. This is the only golf course attached to a Las Vegas Strip resort, close enough that hotel guests can walk from their room to the first tee. As the Desert Inn Country Club the site hosted the PGA TOUR's Tournament of Champions from 1953 to 1966, with Sam Snead, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus among the winners, and a Las Vegas TOUR event from 1983 to 2000. The course closed in December 2017 for a redesign tied to a convention-centre expansion and reopened on 11 October 2019, after eight holes were built new and ten were reworked. The 2019 redesign turned the closing hole into a par three of up to 249 yards played to a green backed by a 35-foot waterfall. Beyond golf the club lists dining venues (2), on-site lodging, practice facility, clubhouse and caddie program. Golf Digest named it America's 100 Greatest Public Courses in 2025.
